We love Bellaire Air! Andres did our heat check this year and was both quick and thorough. He discovered our furnace was in dire need of replacement (it was far past its usual date of expiry, so we got a few extra years!), and he was very clear about our options. They were also super great about the install process. Highly recommend.

I had my quarterly checkup and Andreas and Andrew came out. They were both incredibly helpful and did a great job on the routine maintenance. Arrived on time. Andreas explained some issues with my system in clear terms but was not pushy at all on the recommended fixes. Highly recommend!!

What a blessing that I called Bellaire A/C! They sent Charles and he was amazing! He listened to what I thought the problem was and then he went right to work and explained to me what he was doing and why, and he fixed the problem. And was so professional about it. I cannot recommend Charles and Bellaire AC enough. Their prices were also fair and I will not hesitate to call them back when needed.Thank you, Charles!!!!

Andres was great to have for our semi annual service checkup. He was thorough, efficient and suggested some adjustments to keep two rooms cooler than they are now. I appreciated his getting to the root of another issue by checking our units on the rooftop where he found a freon shortage. Great that this was noticed now instead of troubleshooting later.
