Bellaire Air Conditioning is the brainchild of our founder and father, Phil Miller. Born and raised in Texas, Phil and his wife, Sharon, both grew up as farmers’ kids. Once they were married and started a family, they decided they wanted something different. The next step was easy. They decided to start their own air conditioning business—a trade that had always raised Phil’s curiosity.

So, in the late ‘60s, Phil went to school to learn the cooling trade, and, in 1968, Bellaire Air Conditioning was born!

After its start, our company underwent changes and growth before emerging as Bellaire. Through the years, Phil continued to build the brand and eventually taught the trade to his son Rusty. Since Phil’s retiring a few years ago, Rusty has taken over the reins and shared his love of the trade with his son and daughter, who now work alongside him.

Today, Bellaire stands tall and proud as one of the leading cooling and heating companies throughout the Houston area. We are family-owned and family-operated, committed to customer satisfaction, and highly skilled and qualified to repair, replace and install any heating, cooling, or indoor air quality system in your home. We also do our best to keep making Phil proud. We do this daily through our hard work, our kind hearts, our fair business practices, and our simple love of people.
