Used Bellaire AC for the second time for a different issue, and once again the response and repair were both very prompt. The technician, Daniel, thoroughly explained the problem and provided photos showing the issue and completed repair. Got us up and running in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Bellaire Air Conditioning and Heating did a fast and difficult repair of my natural gas heater, which just recently stopped heating. Their technician Danny worked hard, and was very technically competent. They inspected all wearing parts and ended up replacing three key components on our 20+ year old system and got the heat back the next day. Danny did a great job showing the bad parts with photos of things he check, while also explaining his troubleshooting methods to this old engineer. We are hoping to get another few winters and summers out of our system before replacement, and when that time comes we will definitely contact BAC&H.

Of course my A/C went out on a hot July day in Houston. I found Bellaire Air Conditioning. They were able to come out within an hour of calling and my A/C was back on within 2 hours. Paul and Flo were very nice and professional, courteous and efficient. Would recommend Bellaire A/C highly. Moderately priced too!!

Bellaire installed a complete new Ruud system yesterday. Andrew did a great job selling us what we need and verifying the installation. Luis, Jose and Isaac were right on time, friendly went right to work and we had fresh cool air by 5:00 pm. I recommend this group highly for your AC needs.

Absolutely Excellent! I have been a Bellaire AC customer for almost 20 years and continue to be impressed by Charles' exceptional service. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and truly cares about me, my home, and my HVAC system. It has been over 100 degrees all week, my system went out at 1am last night, and less than 12 hours later Charles came to my home and fixed it. Superior customer service and long-standing relationships, are becoming more and more rare. I am so grateful for Charles and Bellaire AC, especially in the hot Houston summers.

We are about to have record high temps this week & of course, our a/c went out. I have used this company before. They are super responsive, excellent at letting you know when they can come and are coming. Knowing the expected weather this week, I expected to have to wait all week, but they knew one technician was finishing up and heading home not far from me and guess what? They asked if he could stop by. And he did! Found the issue right away, told me what it would cost and got it repaired right away. This is my second excellent experience with them.

This company was highly recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I was having cooling issues with one of the units. Paul came over and found out a Freon leak. He was able to add Freon to fix the issues. He also inspected units and recommended some futures repairs. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

I used Bellaire Air Conditioning to diagnose and repair a Mitsubishi mini-split system which was no longer blowing as coldly as I felt it ought to. I was able to schedule an appointment for within 24 hours of my phone call and Andrew showed up right on time. Andrew quickly diagnosed a slow leak, presented me several options for dealing with it, and executed a sensible fix. While at the home he also was able to get me a quote for a new installation in my garage and answer every question I had regarding the company and their maintenance program. I'm very glad to have found Bellaire Air Conditioning and am looking forward to working with them, and Andrew, for my future needs.

Recently, my 95 year old mother lost that cool- air coming into her home. She called Bellaire and they came right out, and spoke with me long-distance in California. I was able to hear them tell me what was wrong, and the cost if nothing else was found. The service is very reasonable. trustworthy, competent. My mom is kool again, thanks to the aforementioned. You could pay a lot more with John Moore and get a lot less.

The service is OUTSTANDING! We first chose Bellaire AC to replace an entire HVAC unit a few years ago since they had the best quote. The job was done professionally, on time, and with great care to keep the house clean. And we’ve been using their maintenance services for all the HVAC units since. Yesterday the downstairs heating system went out, leaving half of the house chilly in a winter night. I called Bellaire AC and left a message, but, being Saturday, didn’t expect anyone to show up until Monday the earliest. To my pleasant surprise, Paul stopped by before noontime and took care the problem – a busted fuse. Now that’s above and beyond the normal call of duty, and we greatly appreciate the quality service.

Our central heat wasn't working and we called our long-time HVAC repair company, Bellaire Air, to fix it. Paul showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board. He noticed the date on the unit, and told me he thought it was still under warranty. He confirmed it was under warranty, ordered the new part and had it picked up, and installed it within two days from our first call. He was professional and efficient, there was no charge for the part, and the labor charge was very reasonable. Over the years, Bellaire has gone the extra mile to earn and keep our business. We had a powersurge last month on one those 100+ degree days and I called Bellaire AC who has been servicing our AC units to help. They sent out Paul Marks, who came quickly and understood how miserable it was in the house. He made a temporary fix for one of the units, but it was apparent that both AC units needed to be replaced. This was not new news to us as they had been saying that for quite some time. Amazingly, given all the supply chain issues you hear about, they had the units in the next day and spent the whole day on the install. Paul personally supervised the installation and has provided great service since. Have used Bellaire AC for 7 years for just regular service, but when we really needed something major done, they were excellent. I would not say they are cheap, but I did my homework and their prices were consistent with the current market. Highly recommended.

The absolute most professional HVAC crew I’ve ever worked with. Paul was on-point. Very precise in his troubleshooting. Explained every single thing that we asked about.Definitely experts in their field.Even followed up the second day with a colleague to dig deeper to identify specific issues from the previous fly-by-night crew.Great advice. Charles was fantastic! I would strongly & highly recommend Charles. Just telling him our situation in a short few minutes, he was able to pinpoint the exact problem. Our A/C was turning on and off repeatedly (A/C wouldn't stay on) but he was able to resolve it for us within one afternoon. Charles was able to promptly come look at our A/C the next day after calling in for service the night before. He was patient and understanding. What I appreciated the most from Charles is his time and willingness to make sure the job gets done perfectly. He does not take any shortcuts and will make sure you're absolutely in 100% good hands before he leaves your home. Thank YOU Charles for showing, teaching and explaining to me in great detail of the situation & how to better prevent it in the future. A lot of other repair professionals may just leave you in the dark on your issues and try to take your money then run off but not Charles. He is extremely educated/experienced in a wide range and you will be in good hands. I have full confidence in Charles and was completely reassured by him. Thank you again Charles!!!

Charles was awesome. He came out on a Sunday after our AC hadn’t blown cold over night. He asked a lot of diagnostic questions over the phone to make his work quicker when he arrived. His communication was comforting and he explained exactly what he was doing and why. I really appreciate the work he did and the service he provided.

Keenan was on site today to fix blower issue, which he did quickly and shared with me how to reset the power to the blower if needed in the future. Great job. We have used Bellaire AC for years, have a maintenance service contract with them, and over the years, Dave, Paul, Charles and Keenan all have taken good care of our system. They are professional and responsive and I highly recommend this company for your AC and heating needs.

After another company misdiagnosed the issue, Bellaire came to the rescue. Keenan was friendly, knowledgeable, but most importantly walked me through what the actual issue was and what the options were. Good customer service and empathy go a long way. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I have used Bellaire Air Condition for years and have them do system a check twice a year.I was in a panic because my a/c quit cooling (in 97 degree heat!). Initially, they could not get out until the next day but I was thrilled when they could come out the same day! Paul found the issue and replaced the capacitor and I was on my way to having a cool house again.Thank you Bellaire A/C for taking such good care of me. You are awesome!

I had water draining from my secondary pipes and pans filling with water. Not an emergency situation but Bellaire was able to get out very quickly to inspect/service/resolve my issue. Keenan was friendly, professional and competent, taking the time to explain everything and answer all questions I had. I'll definitely continue to use Bellaire Air in the future.

This team of people have given us the best service one could ever ask for!Andrew & Jon where incredibly helpful, professional, VERY knowledgeable and patient. They have been dedicated to putting our minds at ease while embarking on such a huge job. They also followed up throughout the project, making sure to check in with us periodically, confirming that all was going according to plan, and answering any and all questions.Shorty, Rafael & Maria was the team who actually removed the old, and installed the entire new HVAC system from the ground up! Dedicated, knowledgeable, considerate, trustworthy, and VERY efficient! At the end of each work period they were gracious enough to update us on all the was completed, and what the next steps were going to be...keeping our minds at ease every step of the way. Charles has been taking care of our systems for quite some time. He is really terrific. He's a great problem solver and he knows these systems inside out. He installed a new HVAC for us with a Trane variable speed A/C and worked with us to get the humidity in our home down to a great level. He is great at explaining things, giving hints to make the system work better, and is ready to share all of his knowledge. After a recent Houston brownout that locked us out of our system, two other technicians came because it was Charles' day off, but he was happy to take their phone call and help them reset the system. Really happy overall with Bellaire A/C and especially with Charles, who is our go-to guy. Highly recommend the company.

Andrew and his install team, with Bellaire Air Conditioning and Heating, installed 2 HVAC systems in our attic on the hottest days of the year. We have been using Bellaire for annual maintenance so when our cheap and antiquated units chose to break down in the horrible heat we called them to do a repair. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and provided some good insight into why we should update our systems after he did the repair.He also provided multiple choices and levels of units and pricing. After doing my own research and talking with other companies, we elected to go with Bellaire.Andrew secured a great installation team (Rosario, Raphael, Maria) who were efficient, understood the equipment they were installing and were willing to answer questions (a lot!). When the installation was complete Andrew stayed to help me set up our two thermostats and get our account established online.Our overall experience was extremely positive. Bellaire was not the cheapest choice, but they brought professionalism, quality work and product to the job, and as the old saw says, "You get what you pay for". Andrew will be our go to guy in the future.

We had Bellaire AC replace two AC units and heaters, including the air handling systems. Our service technician, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was particularly diligent on scheduling, both for himself as well as the installation crews.In replacing some legacy systems, the crew encountered a variety of issues that required several iterations of trouble shooting. Both the installation crews and Andrew were thorough in their efforts, responsive to any questions and the work was done to our complete satisfaction.We have used Bellaire AC in the past at other residences and know their technicians to be quite capable. If available, I will request Andrew for any future services.

My low voltage wire was somehow cut and disconnected during repairs which I had nothing to do with resulting in my AC being inoperable. I live on the bottom floor of a 2 story condominium complex. I called 3-4 AC companies and Technician, Charles, with Bellaire AC was the only one who could repair it. All the other companies said I would either have to put a wire outside, use a wireless system or tear out my upstairs neighbor’s sheetrock. He took steps to install the wire without any of those extra issues. Charles went beyond the extra mile to repair my AC matter. I consider him a “first responder”. His professionalism and knowledge are superior and his concern genuine. He also was very neat, covered things and left my home spotless. Brandon, who was with Charles was professional, knowledgeable and helpful too.The office staff is always prompt and helpful as well.

FIVE STARS OUT OF FIVE, and I'd give y'all six if I could!I am a tough grader of home contracting & appliance professionals because my grandfather and father were merchants who ran a family appliance sales & service business in Dawson County, Texas, for over six decades, and I grew up working there myself. Our motto was "We Service What We Sell," and I cannot count the number of customers I waited upon who'd first begun dealing with my grandfather in the 1920s and 1930s.Bellaire Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. has been my home HVAC contractor in Houston since 2002 because they have precisely the same commitment to quality and service that my dad and grandfather had. For the last two decades, about every other summer, they've tuned up and stretched out the working life of the AC & heating systems that were in my late-1950s Sharpstown home when I moved here. They kept that system working far beyond its expected life, and helped me plan for its replacement this year -- a job they've just finished.At every single step of the way, over all these years, they've told me up front exactly what their professional recommendations were, acquainted me with all the alternatives, and followed my resulting instructions to the letter. My new system represents a major investment in my home, but one that's absolutely essential with the brutal summers we have in Houston, so I trusted them to get everything right, the first time, and to treat me with the same fairness and integrity in this replacement project that they'd shown over all the past years of maintenance and repairs.And they performed exactly to my very high expectations!I left a voicemail message on a Sunday afternoon saying, "I'm ready to pull the trigger on the system we talked about last year, guys, give me a call when convenient this week." I had a return phone call from Charles Devine within the hour, and later that afternoon he was in my living room giving me their updated recommendations, which included up-to-the-minute info on product availability in this COVID-era environment of supply chain problems. Charles shot straight with me and never tried to upsell me into something I didn't need; he helped me find the "sweet spot" among all the many alternatives they offered. His communications with his team that did the bulk of the installation work were constant and seamless, and the men working under his direction, Bryan Gaskamp and Richard (whose surname I didn't get, sorry Richard!), worked with steady professionalism to get the job done right.If I could give this company six stars, I would. They will be on my speed-dial as long as I live in Houston, and I recommend them without reservation. I'll happily post this same review on Facebook and Yelp, not just because I like them (and I do), but as a genuine public service to my fellow Houstonians.

I could tell this guy had a lot of years experience, because he was very detailed. Even though they were not lowest bid we are going to let Bell Air install thanks to to Jack.

Over a year ago Bellaire Air Conditioning installed an entirely new HVAC system in a condominium that we purchased. Based on their recommendation we also had them install a Water Gard condensate monitoring system that would shut off the A/C unit if the condensate water ever began to overflow. We did this because of serious water damage that the prior owner experienced due to a condensate water leak from a clogged discharge line. That discharge line was thoroughly cleaned before we had the new HVAC system installed, but we wanted the Water Gard system just for peace of mind.We are extremely happy with all of the services that Bellaire AC provided. They are professional, amiable, efficient, and economical. I am submitting this current review, because today, more than a year after they installed the HVAC unit, the Water Gard system tripped shut off the AC. My daughter discovered that this morning and notified me. I immediately called the office at Bellaire AC to ask for advice, and the receptionist said she would immediately contact one of the technical people to have them get in touch with me. Within 15 minutes Mr Charles Devine, the project manager who had designed and supervised the installation of our system, called me to discuss what was happening. I told him that my daughter had seen no water leaking from the AC unit, and that I was going to go over to the unit to look at it myself but wanted some advice particularly in regard to how to reset the unit so that it would turn back on. Mr. Devine talked me through the various reasons why the unit might have shut off without any leak or damage having occurred, including a possible false alarm due to a power surge. He told me to call him once I got over to the unit and he could talk me through what to check. He also said that if I decided at any time that I would like him to come over he would come over that afternoon to check it personally.When I got to the unit I followed the instructions that Mr Devine had given me and also texted him pictures of various components of the unit where the Water Gard components are installed. He telephoned me back as soon as he received that text. Because no draining or standing discharge water was observed, it is most likely that the shut off tripped due to a power surge. There had been some thunder and lightning in the immediate area not long before the shut off occurred.I recommend Bellaire Air Conditioning as highly as possible. What might have been a very worrisome and drawn out problem, had I used another AC company, including the performance of possible service and repairs that I didn't need, turned into a very efficient and trouble-free diagnosis thanks to Mr Devine's prompt response and very informed advice. Thank you Charles and thank you Bellaire Air Conditioning!

We needed to replace 2 AC systems in our home. Bellaire Air Conditioning was recommended to us as the best and only company to use. They certainly proved this to us. Very responsive with communications and the crew did an excellent job with a complex installation. We cannot believe how much quieter our home is with the new AC.
